How it works

1. Sort your items 👕 — make sure they're clean, in great shape, and meet our quality standards (more on that below).
2. Get on our drop-off waitlist 📋 — sign up using the form at the bottom of this page. We'll get back to you to book a drop-off at the boutique (4438 Rue de la Roche, Montréal).
3. Receive your offer 💰 — you drop off your items, and our team sorts them within 2–4 weeks. We'll email you our buyback offer.

Why sell with us?

• Hassle-free payment: no consignment, no waiting around. Once you accept the offer, you get paid quickly.
• Our preferred payment: store credit! This year, we're prioritizing payments by store credit. It's our way of giving you a +15 % bonus on the value of your items. It's the perfect way to refresh your kids' wardrobe — your credit never expires and works both online and in-store.
• Interac option: payment by Interac e-Transfer is still available. That said, store credit gets priority this year so you can take advantage of our 15 % bonus.

Quality standards: what we look for

Parent trust is our top priority. Every item is carefully inspected.

✅ What we love

• Clothing & accessories: ages 0–10 (collections from the past 5 years).
• Shoes & boots: pristine condition, no signs of wear.
• Style: modern, colourful, and fun.
• Baby gear: diaper bags, baby carriers, sleepers, and the like.
• Maternity: maternity and nursing wear.
• Toys & books: complete wooden toys and books in perfect condition.

❌ What we don't accept

• Items that are stained, torn, faded, pilled, worn out, or missing size/brand tags.
• Hand-made or repaired items.
• Bulky items (strollers, high chairs, playpens, bikes, etc.).
• Bedsheets.

Brands we look for

We seek out modern, high-quality brands like Cyrillus, Jacadi, Petit Bateau, Tommy Hilfiger, Souris Mini, MEC, Stonz, Patagonia, JellyCat, Geox, Carrément beau, Petit Lem, IKKS, Caribou, MiniAture, Boboli, Lili Gaufrette, Bout'Chou, Ralph Lauren, Okaidi/Obaidi, Tape à l'œil, Burberry, Bonpoint, Sergent Major, and more.

Mass-market brands we don't take

Including H&M, Joe Fresh, Primark, Tag, George, Gagou Tagou, Shein, Gymboree, Old Navy, Cat & Jack, Children's Place, Trois Moutons, PatPat, Blumind… (non-exhaustive list). Exception: brand-new items with tags, pyjamas and onesies, preemie sizes, and the Kiabi brand.

Buyback rates

We value your items based on brand, category, condition, and demand. On average, we pay between 25 % and 50 % of the estimated resale price (roughly $2 per piece on average).

Note: items with minor imperfections may be bought back at 50 % of their original buyback value.

Payment & buyback terms

Payment methods: we prioritize store credit, which gives you a +15 % bonus on your total buyback amount. If you prefer, Interac e-Transfer is still available. Payment is issued within 7 days of the evaluation being completed.

Accepting the offer: by dropping off your items, you accept the buyback offer as defined by our evaluation. Since your items are immediately added to our inventory system upon evaluation, any request to retrieve your batch after processing will incur a $5 handling fee to cover the work involved.

Items we don't keep?

You have two options:

• donate them to our partner organizations (we'll handle everything!), or
• pick them back up within 14 days.

After that window, they'll automatically be donated.
