1. Sort your clothes
Ensure they are clean and free of defects by respecting our buyback conditions .
2. Make an appointment
Make an appointment (at the bottom of this page) and drop off your clothes at the store at the agreed time (4438 Rue de la Roche, Montreal, QC H2J 3J1).
We check your clothes within approximately 14 days and we will get back to you by email with the amount offered for the items taken back.
3. Earn money
No deposit, no need to wait for your clothes to be sold, you get paid immediately.
You can get paid by Interac e-Transfer or store credit.
*For vouchers, the amount is increased by (+15%). They are applicable both in our online store and in-store, and there is no time limit for their use.
We are looking for modern, high-end and popular brands, such as Cyrillus, Jacadi, Petit Bateau, Tommy Hilfiger, Souris Mini, MEC, Stonz, Pantagonia, JellyCat, Geox, Carrément beau, Petit Lem, IKKS, Caribou, MiniAture, Boboli, Lili Gaufrette, Bout'Chou, Okaidi/Obaidi, Tape à l'oeil, Burberry, Bonpoint, Sergent Major etc…
We do not accept returns of common consumer brands such as H&M, Joe Fresh, Primark, Tag, George, Gagou Tagou, Shein, Gymboree, Old Navy, Cat and Jack, Children's Place, Trois Moutons, PatPat, Blumind, Decathlon… (this list is not exhaustive). Exceptions: new clothing with tags, pajamas and onesies, premature sizes, and the Kiabi brand.
