Picoti-Picota, how does it work?
Picoti-Picota is the best way to buy second-hand children's clothing (ages 0-10) from major brands at low prices, and also to earn money directly by selling us your children's clothes that have outgrown them. We are not a consignment shop: you don't have to wait for your clothes to sell online to get cash or benefit from a voucher with a higher value.

How can I be sure that the clothes you sell are in good condition?
Our team is made up of professional buyers specializing in children's fashion. Each garment is meticulously inspected by hand before being purchased by us and then listed for sale on our website. Any items with holes, stains, tears, fading, or obvious signs of wear will be systematically rejected. The condition of each garment is specified in the item description.

• Good : Clothing with a slight sign of wear
• Excellent : Clothing in like-new or excellent condition
• Nine : Clothing with its original tags

What are the payment methods?
Picoti-Picota offers a secure payment method by credit card.

How are delivery costs calculated?
When you purchase from our site, shipping costs are calculated based on your postal code at checkout (just before payment). Shipping is free for orders over $100.

When will I receive my order?
Picoti-Picota will ship the ordered items within 48 working hours, plus a delivery time linked to the carrier.

Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request an exchange or obtain a credit note within 14 working days from the receipt of your package (shipping costs are not refundable).

Items must be new, unworn, unused, undamaged , and in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, Picoti-Picota reserves the right to refuse the return.

Important: No refunds will be issued. Only exchanges or store credit are possible.

How does in-store pickup work?
You also have the option of picking up your package directly at the store and avoiding postage fees. This is very convenient if you are in Montreal (4438 De La Roche St, Montreal H2J3J1).

How to sell clothes on Picoti-Picota?
It's quick and easy: we take care of most of the steps. All you have to do is sort your clothes, wash them , and contact us .

We then take care of verifying and selecting the items. Once approved, we pay you directly via Interac e-Transfer or gift certificate (with an additional 15% in this case). More info here .

Is an item placed in my basket reserved for me?
In order to be fair to all our customers, an item placed in your basket is not reserved, which means that if another customer places an order for it, the item will disappear from your basket.
